  • Media Access (Camera & Storage): The app requests access to your device's camera and media storage to allow you to capture and upload property photos and videos when creating listings. Media files are uploaded only when you explicitly choose to list a property. We do not access or collect any other media from your device.
  • Network Access: The app requires internet connectivity to fetch property listings, load map data, display images/videos, and sync your account information. Network access is used strictly for app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the Landzkart app. Specifically:

  • To display properties near your current location.
  • To allow you to create and manage property listings with photos and videos.
  • To enable communication between property buyers and sellers/agents.
  • To provide search, filtering, and map-based property discovery.
  • To manage your account and preferences.

3. Data Storage & Sharing

We do not store, sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your location data, media files, and device information are used only within the app to provide core functionality. We do not maintain any external databases of user behavior, location history, or media content beyond what is necessary for your property listings.

  • Location data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to external servers for tracking purposes.
  • Photos and videos are uploaded only for property listings you create and are stored securely using Firebase services.
  • We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track your personal data.

4. App Permissions

The Landzkart app requires the following permissions to function properly:

  • Location (GPS): To show properties near you and enable map-based browsing.
  • Camera: To capture photos and videos for property listings.
  • Storage / Media: To select existing photos and videos from your gallery for property listings.
  • Internet / Network: To load property data, images, videos, and map tiles from our servers.
  • Phone State: To provide a seamless experience and enable direct calling of property owners/agents.

All permissions are requested only when needed and can be revoked at any time through your device settings. The app will continue to function with limited features if certain permissions are denied.

5. Security of Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures to help protect your personal information. Our app uses Firebase services with built-in security rules for data storage and authentication. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure any information you provide, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
